During the pandemic, live streaming was our only consistent source of income, and we have focussed on improving our equipment and services in this area since then. We can facilitate hybrid meetings where there is non-delayed two way communication between a room and remote attendees or guest speakers (both audio and visuals).

If the event is purely for viewing, we can broadcast presentations with a PIP (Picture in Picture) of the presenter over the Powerpoint – making “virtual” a more immersive experience for the remote attendee.

You might have a corporate message to broadcast, or a memorial service, or a wedding, or a sporting event – we can do it.

Sport Events require a constant moderate level of sound to cover the specified area, which usually requires a many speakers spread out over the area.  The also require excellent sounding mics with minimal dropouts, and for cables to be run safely and sensibly.  This way you get the most out of your commentators and interviews.  Some of these events require multi-microphone press conferences after the event.

Whether you conference is only 50 attendees in a single room, or multiple rooms, we have the technology to make it work.  We can provide an assortment of microphones depending on the requirement.  We have plasma & projection screens with special stands or flying gear to place them where they will be most effective.  If a translation system is needed, we can integrate that into the setup.  We supply podium stages complete with steps and skirting.

Events like this require something extra like great sound (as there is usually some form of entertainment or DJ), special stage lighting, uplighting and audio-visual content.  Some even have specific themes which require special lighting, audio or special effects.  Often there is a request for a video to be produced of such an event.
